We understand that things brake and if this happens during normal use then please contact us and we'll try and get a replacement to you as soon as we can. During the hire agreement you are solely responsible for the equipment, which is issued to you in good faith and all we ask for in return is respect for our equipment. With this in mind please keep the equipment secure overnight and please only use the equipment as intended, should anything out of the ordinary happen then please refer to the summary of replacements below.
